DIRECTIONS
- Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until smooth. Set aside. - Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, chopped onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed. - Prepare the Tortillas
Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board. - Assemble the Wraps
Spread a thin layer of the prepared sauce over each tortilla if using. Add a portion of the cooked beef, followed by shredded cheddar, mozzarella, pickles, lettuce, and diced tomatoes. - Roll the Wraps
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap. - Grill the Wraps
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the tortillas become golden and crispy and the cheese melts. - Serve
Remove from the pan, cut each wrap in half, and serve immediately while warm and melty.
