DIRECTIONS

  1. Prepare the Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard until smooth. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef, chopped onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
  3. Prepare the Tortillas
Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface or cutting board.
  4. Assemble the Wraps
Spread a thin layer of the prepared sauce over each tortilla if using. Add a portion of the cooked beef, followed by shredded cheddar, mozzarella, pickles, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
  5. Roll the Wraps
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap.
  6. Grill the Wraps
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the tortillas become golden and crispy and the cheese melts.
  7. Serve
Remove from the pan, cut each wrap in half, and serve immediately while warm and melty.
