Directions

  1. Slice cucumbers and onion thinly.
  2. In a bowl, mix vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cucumbers and onions, then toss well.
  4. Add optional ingredients if desired.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
