Oven-Baked Sausages with Caramelised Onions

Ingredients

  • 8–10 good-quality  sausages ( pork beef, or your favourite type)

    Sausages
  • 2 large onions, sliced

  • 2–3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (optional but amazing for caramelising)

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 cloves minced)

  • Salt and black pepper

  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
